No! OkaySend is a web-based platform. There’s nothing to download, no desktop installers, and definitely no CD. You can access your client portals and documents from any browser.

Is OkaySend a downloadable app or software I need to install?

We do not access any customer data as a strict matter of policy. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every action is tracked in an audit log, and only you and your authorized team members can access submitted documents unless you intentionally share them.

How secure is my data and my clients’ documents?

Yes. You can customize your portal appearance, send white-labeled emails, and host portals on your own business domain for a professional, consistent experience (e.g. you@yourcompany.com, portal.company.com/link, etc.).

Can I use my own branding and domain?

Yes. Clients can upload documents, fill forms, and sign electronically through secure links without having to login or signup.

Can my clients use OkaySend without creating accounts?

Absolutely. Portals are intentionally simple, mobile-friendly, and designed to reduce confusion so clients finish tasks quickly.

We care deeply about client experience and are constantly making enhancements to our portals.

Will my clients find the portals easy to use?

Yes. You can connect to popular apps to automate workflows, sync data, and export documents without extra steps.

Does OkaySend integrate with the tools I already use?

Yes. OkaySend includes built-in e-signatures with audit logs, templates, and advanced electronic signature support. No extra tools needed.

Can I send e-signature requests through OkaySend?

You can easily approve, reject individual files without affecting the rest of the submission, or leave a clarifying comment. This helps you track any changes and keeps everything organized in one place and easy to follow.

What if a client uploads the wrong file?

Only requests that are active will count against your active request quotas.

An active request is a request that was sent and is currently in progress. For example, if your account limits you to 20 active requests, you can send 20 requests at once. If later you mark them as "Done" or "Archive" them, you'd be able to send 20 more.

Requests with statuses: Sent, Incomplete, and Complete are all considered active requests.

Requests with the status Archived are not considered active requests.

If you're close to or over your limit, you can:

  • Make active requests inactive (see below how).
  • Permanently delete requests.
  • Upgrade your account.

To make a request inactive, use the "Mark done & archive" button to archive it.

Are there limits on how many document requests I can send?

Depends on the plan you choose. Please see our Pricing page for more info.

The average user stores a mix of digital media (photos and videos) and documents. 25GB (Basic plan) gives you the option of storing roughly:

  • 5,000 photos
  • 500 short videos
  • 125,000 documents

If your usage ever grows beyond normal business needs, we’ll help you scale without interruption.

Are there storage limits for documents and submissions?

Yes. SMS reminders are included in all our plans. Please see our Pricing page for more info.

Number of SMS reminders you can send per month depend on your plan. You can see the exact availability, usage, and included credits in the SMS section of your Settings page.

Are SMS reminders included in my plan?

Not at all. Everything in OkaySend is designed to be simple, guided, and beginner-friendly.

Do I need technical skills to set everything up?

Any business that needs to collect documents from clients can use OkaySend, including immigration, finance, legal, consulting, healthcare, insurance, HR, education, and more.

What industries is OkaySend best for?

Not a problem. OkaySend supports global users and ensures your experience works across regions.

What if I have international clients?

Does OkaySend have a public roadmap?
