    Seamlessly sync client data and documents with Xero for streamlined accounting.

    Integrate with Clio to simplify client onboarding and document collection for law firms. Connect workflows, automate data transfer, and manage client information more efficiently between your practice management and document collection processes.

  1. Recurring Requests (Monthly or Annually)
    Create document requests that automatically repeat on a monthly or annual schedule, helping streamline ongoing compliance, onboarding, and document collection processes.
  2. Visual No-Code Workflow Builder for Integrations
    Design and manage integrations using a new visual workflow builder, making it easier to automate processes, connect services, and build custom workflows without complex configuration right inside OkaySend.

    Get help building checklists, automating tasks, and receiving smart suggestions with AI-powered assistance.

  1. Automatic ID Verification
    Verify government-issued identity documents from over 100 countries using automated document validation and selfie matching. Includes privacy compliance, enterprise-grade security, and robust data controls. Clients can securely submit identity documents and a live selfie for human review, allowing businesses to meet compliance requirements while maintaining greater control over the verification process.
  2. Table Fields
    Collect structured data using spreadsheet-like tables within your forms and requests. Clients can add rows and enter information in an organized grid layout, making it easy to capture itemized records, lists, expenses, inventories, and other tabular data without relying on file uploads.

Security and Additional Integrations


  1. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
    Enhance account security with one-time passcodes and authenticator app support. Require a second verification step during login to help safeguard team accounts, documents, and sensitive business data.
  2. Chrome Extension
    Develop a Chrome extension for easier access to OkaySend from with in Gmail.
