Core Integrations, File Safety and Other Security Enhancements


  1. Box Integration
    Integrate with Box for seamless file management and storage.
  2. Xero Integration
    Seamlessly sync client data and documents with Xero for streamlined accounting.
  3. Make (Integromat) Integration
    Integrate with Make to automate workflows and connect with other apps and services.
  4. WhatsApp Integration
    Send requests/client portal links and reminders to clients via WhatsApp.




Enhanced Functionality and User Experience


  1. E-sign (Ability to Collect Signatures)
    Implement e-signature capabilities that comply with global e-signature standards like eIDAS in the EU and ESIGN/UETA in the US, ensuring legally binding signatures.
  2. Multiple Clients per Request / Client Portal
    Allow client portals to support multiple clients per request.




Developer Tools


  1. API
    Add an easy-to-use no-code API to integrate with other systems and customize workflows.

Security and Additional Integrations


  1. OTP for Extra Security
    Implement OTP to enhance security by sending a code to the client’s email address for login.
  2. Chrome Extension
    Develop a Chrome extension for easier access to OkaySend from with in Gmail.
  3. AI Helper
    Get help building checklists, automating tasks, and receiving smart suggestions with AI-powered assistance.
