You can manage all domain settings related to an account in the Domains section on the Settings page. Here, you can add your custom domain and create the DNS records needed to verify your domain. Once verified, your domain can then be used to send emails to your clients with any username (the part of the email address before the "@" symbol).

You can use your main (apex) domain (e.g. company.com) but a subdomain (e.g. mail.company.com) is recommended.

How do I add a custom domain to my account?

Email white labeling allows you to send emails using your own domain instead of a generic service domain. This helps build trust with your clients, improves deliverability, and keeps your brand front and center in every message.

What is email white labeling?

No. Email white labeling is only available on Professional and higher-tier plans that include custom branding features. Please see our Pricing page.

Is email white labeling available on all plans?

The “From” address can be up to 255 characters long. This includes the entire string, such as both the display name and the email address. For example: Full Name <sender@yourdomain.com>.

What are the character limits for the "From" address?

Yes, but not much! You’ll just need to add a few DNS records to your domain provider. We’ll guide you step by step.

To enable the ability to use a domain, you need to verify ownership and authorize email sending by adding a CNAME record for the custom Return-Path and a TXT record for DKIM.

Do I need technical knowledge to set this up?

Emails will be sent from a shared domain (e.g., noreply@okaysend.com).

What happens if I don’t enable white labeling?
