You can personalize your client portals (document request pages) with your own colors, logo, and domain. Also, you can edit all emails and SMS reminders sent out to ensure every touchpoint reflects your brand.

You can easily configure all these preferences related to your account from the Settings page.

What can I customize with Custom Branding?

A custom domain lets you host your client portals and send emails using your business’s domain (e.g., you@yourcompany.com). It builds trust and creates a professional experience for your clients.

What is a custom domain, and why should I use one?

Yes. To enable your custom domain or email white labeling, you’ll need to add a few DNS records.

To send emails from your own email address, you'll need to add DKIM and CNAME records to verify that you own your domain.

To enable the ability to use a subdomain, you need to add and verify a CNAME DNS record. Similarly, to use your apex domain (main domain), you need to add and verify an A record pointing to our IPs.

Do I need to update my DNS settings?

No. Custom branding features are available on Professional and higher plans.

On a Professional plan you can customize the look and feel of your requests, remove the OkaySend branding, add your logo, customize emails, and edit the success screen.

Business plan users (and above) can take branding a step further by using their own domain for client portal links (e.g., your.domain.com/-UID1234).

Please see our Pricing page for more information.

Is custom branding available on all plans?

No worries. Your client portals will be hosted on our subdomain (e.g., link.okaysend.com), and emails will be sent from (e.g., notifications@okaysend.com).
