A client portal is a secure, branded space where your clients can view requests, upload documents, submit responses and track progress.

Unlike public forms (like Google Forms), each portal is private and unique to a specific client.

What is a client portal?

Clients can upload or view files, complete requested forms, view task statuses, act on your revision requests, and communicate directly through comments or messages, all in one place.

What can clients do inside the portal?

Absolutely. All data transfers are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access links are secure and unique to each client, ensuring privacy and compliance.

Is the client portal secure?

Yes. You can see real-time activity from your dashboard, including when a client opens their portal, uploads a document, or completes a request. You can also enable notifications and review detailed activity logs.

Can I track when clients view or complete requests?

You can resend their access link anytime. Each link remains unique and secure, so clients will still see their existing progress when they return.

You can also lock or revoke access to a portal at any time from your dashboard.

What happens if a client loses their portal link?

No. Portals remain active unless you manually delete or archive the document request.
